Comparing fees for implant dentistry can be confusing.  Look at the bottom line when comparing.  Many offices tack on additional fees for general anesthesia, grafting, intervenious drugs etc.  We have found in many cases grafting is not needed, or as extensive, as many other offices recommend.  Also, we have not found the need for general anesthesia for placing implants, but we can provide oral sedation for very anxious patients. Our fee for surgical placement of a dental implant is $2100.00.  Restoration of the implant is additional.
